I

Who we are

Walktofind is a project of city walking quests. We design routes, riddles and historical content, and give you access to them via a personal code.

Our starting city is Belgrade, Serbia. For any questions write to hello@walktofind.com.

II

What you get

After purchasing a quest, you receive a personal access code on the page walktofind.com/enter. The code unlocks a route with three riddles, historical notes about the locations, photographs, and a final screen with a summary of the journey.

You walk the route on your own, at your own pace, on any day. The average duration and distance are listed on each quest's page.

III

How payment works

At the current stage, we accept payment off-site: cash, Revolut transfer or bank transfer. Once we receive your request through the form on the quest page, we will contact you via your chosen channel (email, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber), confirm the details and send you the payment instructions.

The access code is sent after payment is confirmed. The price shown on the site is final and in euros. There are no additional fees.

IV

Validity and access revocation

By default the code is valid indefinitely — you can complete the quest whenever you like. If a specific code has an expiration date (for example, a gift certificate), this is stated when the code is issued.

We reserve the right to revoke a code if we detect mass usage from multiple devices — this is a violation of the terms, since the code is issued to a specific buyer. Before revoking we will try to contact you via the details from your request.

V

Refunds

Before you receive the access code, you can cancel your request and receive a full refund by writing to hello@walktofind.com.

After the code has been issued, refunds are handled case by case: if the quest hasn't been started and there were no technical problems with the route, we'll try to find a solution (rescheduling, swapping the quest, partial refund). The final decision is ours, but we try to be reasonable.

VI

Safety and common sense

The routes follow city streets, parks and fortresses. Be mindful of traffic, weather and time of day. If a stop on the route feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or the weather is bad — come back another time. Walktofind is not liable for injuries, lost property or other incidents that occur during the quest.

There is no age restriction, but we recommend that children walk the route with adults. The routes are not adapted for people with limited mobility — please get in touch before purchasing and we will let you know which sections may be difficult.

VII

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms — for example, when we add online payment or new quests. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. We will try to highlight significant changes separately — for instance, in an email to subscribers.

VIII
